Happy Retirement, Ms. Veach!
After 34 incredible years of dedication, leadership, and inspiration, our long-time math and business teacher, CTE trailblazer, and coach is officially retiring!
Throughout more than three decades in the Ukiah math and business classroom, Ms. Veach has served many roles. As a passionate Career and Technical Education (CTE) leader at both the district and state levels, she shaped futures by bridging academics with real-world success. Her work established Ukiah as one of the first full business CTE programs in the region and she has supported CTE program development in the region as a mentor and leader. Her guidance led students to new heights as the head of the TSA team and VEX Robotics club, fostering innovation and teamwork, supporting students in countless projects and trips. On the court, her energy as a volleyball coach inspired athletes through opportunity and perspective.
Now, it is time for her to calculate a new equation. In her well-deserved next chapter, she is looking forward to trading lesson plans for quality time with her family and animals. You will likely find her travelling along the Oregon coast, working with her horses, or staying active with volleyball and bowling teams.
Thank you for 34 years of unforgettable impact. The dozens of banners on our school walls are a testament to the number of students that benefited from her energy, skill, and professionalism. We wish you the absolute best in your retirement!
