Ukiah High School students participated for the first time at the Oregon State TSA competition. This competition was held at The Dalles armory and brought together TSA teams from all over.
Ukiah continued their strong tradition of placing high and performing well in several categories - with top placement in Fashion Design, Podcasting, and VEX Robotics. Each team member also places well in problem solving.
Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national program designed to provide project based learning opportunities to students that utilize cooperative problem solving, creative use of math and technology, integrates arts and manufacturing skills, and strengthens their communication and presentations skills. Ukiah MS and HS students have participated in the program for over 15 years under the coaching of Ms. Veach.
